Complicated design
When you have a complicated project to design and need somebody with a keen eye for detail I always send it Richard’s way as I know he will work through the Architect's design methodically and practically which is a massive benefit. He will also spend time liaising with the Architect, engineer & clients design team and gets on and sorts problems out rather just sitting behind emails which these days is a critical skill which he has in abundance .
